According to the Public Relations and International Affairs Department of Petropars Group, Dr. Saghafi stated that this achievement is the outcome of precise planning, effective coordination between operational teams and the project owner, and the tireless efforts of Petropars personnel. He emphasized that these integrated actions paved the way for the safe and stable commissioning of Well No. 9, enabling total processed gas output from Phase 11 to surpass 22 million cubic meters per day.

Mr, Ali Nadiran, Project Director for the Phase 11 Development Plan at Petropars Group, elaborated that Well No. 9 was drilled to a depth exceeding 4,250 meters, penetrating the Kangan–Dalan reservoir formations. Detailed completion operations—including perforation, acid stimulation, and post-acid cleanup—were executed with high precision to ensure long-term productivity and flow stability. He highlighted that this success further demonstrates the technical capability of Iranian engineers in developing strategic national gas fields.

In his concluding remarks, Dr. Saghafi addressed all Petropars colleagues:
