Petropars Booth Bridges Energy Diplomacy from Caracas to Moscow
On the first day of the 29th Iran International Oil, Gas, Refining, and Petrochemical Exhibition, the Petropars Group's pavilion witnessed enthusiastic visits from high-ranking officials and energy sector professionals. Senior Iranian executives, alongside international delegations, engaged in active dialogue with Petropars’ CEO, board members, and other senior managers.
According to Petropars' Public Relations and International Affairs Department, notable domestic visitors included Mohsen Pirhadi, Deputy for Legal and Parliamentary Affairs at the Ministry of Petroleum, and senior executives from companies such as the Pars Oil and Gas Company, Central Oil Fields Company, SADRA, and Khatam al-Anbiya Construction Headquarters.
International guests included José Rafael Silva Aponte, Ambassador of Venezuela to Iran; Carlos Alberto Álvarez, Director General of the Geopolitical Division; and Carlos Eduardo Canlón, Venezuela’s Deputy Minister of Refining and Head of Oil Technology. They were joined by Nikolai Isakov, Vice President and Executive Director of the Russian Oil and Gas Union, who also toured the Petropars booth. These interactions signaled Petropars' expanding engagement in international energy diplomacy and opened new windows for bilateral and multilateral cooperation.
Additionally, a group of chemical and petroleum engineering students from Sharif University of Technology visited the Petropars booth to closely observe the company’s completed and ongoing projects.
The participation of domestic and foreign officials, experts, and academic representatives underscored Petropars’ prominent status in Iran's energy sector and highlighted the Group’s growing role in fostering international energy dialogue. This presence reflects Petropars’ strong commitment to advancing energy diplomacy.
The exhibition continues through May 10, 2025, at the Tehran International Permanent Fairground, with Petropars actively hosting guests in Halls 8 and 9.
