Early Production Strategy for CTEP Moves Forward Under Petropars and PEDEC Leadership
Petropars Group and the Petroleum Engineering and Development Company (PEDEC) have jointly accelerated efforts to realize early production at the Central Processing Unit (CTEP) of South Azadegan field, aiming to enhance Iran’s oil output amid national energy needs.
According to Petropars’ Public Relations and International Affairs Office, Dr. Hamidreza Saghafi, CEO of Petropars, and Engineer Nasrollah Zarei, CEO of PEDEC, visited the CTEP project site to assess the project's progress, address technical challenges, and issue necessary directives for expediting execution.
During the visit, Dr. Saghafi provided detailed technical evaluations, proposed practical solutions to overcome existing obstacles, and instructed all execution and support teams to intensify their efforts toward achieving early production goals.
The visit also included a hands-on inspection of the oil control room and process monitoring units, where Dr. Saghafi praised the dedication of on-site experts in fulfilling Petropars’ project commitments.
Following the site tour, a technical meeting was held with project managers, field supervisors, and representatives of the client company. Dr. Saghafi stressed the need to strengthen teamwork, enhance collaboration with the client, and maintain a strong spirit of collective responsibility to drive the project toward early production.
He concluded the meeting by emphasizing decisive action, offering clear solutions, and calling for unified efforts to expedite the achievement of this critical national objective.
