POMC Managing Director Was Appointed
The General Meeting of POMC approved and released an order by virtue of which Engineer Amin Amr’i was appointed the Managing Director of POMC.
According to a report released by the Public Relations and International Affairs Department of Petropars Group the Executive Order given by the Chairman of POMC’s Shareholders General Meeting reads “Relying on your commitments and the priceless experiences you have acquired, and in conformity with the Resolution adopted on 02/06/1398 by the Extraordinary General Meeting of POMC’s Shareholders, and by virtue of this present Executive Order, you are appointed the Managing Director of POMC. Accordingly, you are expected to spare no effort to contribute to attainment of the Company’s aims and objectives, with the sincere cooperation and assistance of members of the Board of Directors of POMC, and by development and preparation of coherent plans and programs. I believe the Almighty God will definitely help you to discharge the responsibilities and carry out the duties assigned to you in the best manner ever possible.”
Engineer Amin Amr’i received his M.S. Degree from Tehran University with his major field of study being “Petroleum Engineering” and presently he is a Ph.D. Candidate of Engineering and Fabrication Management at Islamic Azad University’s Science and Research Campus. Included under the “Professional Experiences” section of Engineer Amin Amr’i C.V. are items such as “Secretary of IRITECH/IRASCO Consortium”, “The Project for Collection of Gases Accompanying Oil of Bngestaan Field Layer”, “Acid Gas Pressure Booster Station Commissioning Project Manager”, “IRITECH/KASON Consortium”, “Khovaaf Ore Condensation Project”, and advisor to a good number of companies active and operational in oil, gas and petrochemicals sector.
It is worth noting that Mehrdad Ghane, the former Managing Director of POMC retired recently.
