By an Executive Order issued by the Managing Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of NICO, the new Managing Director of Petropars was appointed.
A report released by the Public Relations and International Affairs Department of Petropars Group says that the Executive Order issued by Engineer Ali-Akbar Pour-Ebrahim reads as follows:
Considering the commitment, specialty, and valuable experience you have, and in conformity with the Resolution adopted by the General Meeting of Shareholders of Petropars, and by virtue of this present Executive Order, you are appointed as the Managing Director and Principal Member of the Board of Directors of Petropars.
The items highlighted below are among the functions and duties of Petropars:
Diligent execution and implementation of the projects undertaken by Petropars in general and the prioritized projects and jointly-owned fields; retention and expansion of the competent human resources of Petropars; transfer and localization of the new technical know-how to be utilizedin implementation of projects; and creation of an organizational structure to enable Petropars to undertake midstream projects in oil industry.
To conclude, I wish to stress that committed, specialized, expert and motivated workforce be recruited and engaged in projects. Wish you all the best of success.
It should be noted that the new Managing Director of Petropars has earlier in the past years served as the Manager of Engineering and Construction of Iran Oil Terminals Company; the Manager of Engineering Projects of Pars Energy Special Economic Zone; Executor of Development of Phase 19 of South Pars Gas Field of POGC; and Executor of Development of Phase 14 of South Pars Gas Field of POGC.
