Living Quarter Platform

The Living Quarter Platform consists of two main parts Jacket and Topside.

The jacket and temporary fixed boilancy tanks
were sailed out by IOEC Barge Abozar 110 SPQ1 Jacket

The SPQ1 Jacket was constructed in Ghaem Yard Khoramshahr and installed into position at sea by Iran Offshore Engineering and Construction Company (IOEC).

It is 75 meters high, stands on six legs and net weights about 4500 tons. Additional elements such as sacrificial anodes, caseon boat landing, mud matts and eight 72” diameter piles (each 25 meter long) increased the weight to about 4900 tons.

SPQ1 topside was sailed out and installed by the floatover method by the SADRA FLB-124 Barge SPQ1 Topside

SPQ1 Topside was constructed by Sadra-Samsung Consortium (SSC) in Bandar Abbas, placed and installed using the float over system by SADRA .

The platform is a four level module, 34 by 31 meters and is connected to the production unit (SPP1) by a bridge 44-meters long which weights about 120-tons.

The SPQ1 platform accommodate the followings:

Personnel accommodation (94 people)
Kitchen and dinning facilities
Prayer room
Conference room
Recreation facilities
Main control room for Offshore facilities
Emergency power generation units
Fire water pump
Heli-pad and fueling facilities
