The Operating Base is to be shared among phases 1, 2 and 3 and consists of two main sections:

• North Operating Base
• South Operating Base

North Operating Base

Is stretched over 8 hectares of land which is located south of the gas refinery that includes 8 buildings and consists of :

• Security
• Canteen
• Indoor & Outdoor warehouses
• Workshops
• Vehicle maintenance Center
• Petrol Station
• Bakery

South Operating Base

Is stretched over 5 hectares of land which includes 4 buildings and consists of:

• Administration
• Amphitheater
• Bank
• Clinic
• Mosque
