Project Phase1 was handed over to POGC / SPGC on 23 Aug. 2004 and now after more than 3 years, the whole project is in service.
For increasing production capacity of offshore platform and onshore refinery , Petropars is assigned to do following activities :

1. Minimum Revamping of offshore platform (Producing 1000 MMSCFD from SPD1 platform)
2. Revamping of onshore refinery (MRU Modification and the   Capacity increasing up to 20% of refinery capacity).
3. Engineering , Procurement and Replacement of 18" Clad pipeline
   And other related activities.

POGC has exchanged a Technical Service Agreement (TSA) with Petropars to carry out the above-mentioned activities.
