 1. Onshore Facilities

  •  An integrated Gas Plant will be constructed in Tombak, 65 km west of Assaluyeh, to receive and treat 3 bscfd of the reservoir fluids coming from Offshore. The Gas Plant comprises the below facilities:

    •  Reception of the three-phase fluid from the three 32” Sealines, through a common slug catcher followed by HP separators where a primary level of gas and liquid separation is achieved
    •  Gas sweetening (H2S and partial removal of CO2)
    •  Dehydration of the wet sweet gas
    • Dry gas dew pointing
    • Mercaptans removal
    • Compression of the treated dry gas for injection to the network
    • Stabilization of the untreated condensate
    • Desulphurization of the untreated stabilized condensate
    • Process water handling
    • Sulphur recovery and forming
    •  All utilities (Power, Water, Air, N2, … )

Gas Plant has been planned to be executed through 3 separate EPC packages, each with following particulars:

  •  Gas Plant EPC1 - Buildings/Tanks
    •  Fire Fighting System
    • Condensate Storage and Export System
    • Chemical Storage/Diesel Storage
    • Relevant Roads and Paving
    • Relevant Technical Buildings
    • All non-technical Buildings with overall area of about 21000 m2 and including:
      • Administration Buildings
      • Indoor Warehouse
      • Main Workshop
      • Canteens 1 & 2
      • Security Building/Gate Keeper
      •  Car Maintenance Building/Truck Maintenance Building
      • Main Substation
      • Fire Fighting Building

 

  

     

  • Gas Plant EPC2 - Liquid Processing/Utilities
    • Slug Catcher/HP Separators
    • Condensate Stabilization (3 Trains) + Backup
    • MEG Regeneration Unit/Sour Water Stripper
    • Flares/Blowdown/ Burn Pit System/Utilities and Offsite Drain System
    • Relevant Technical Buildings together with Central Control Building + Laboratory + Telecommunication Building/Relevant Roads and Paving
    • Power Generation/Emergency Power System/Steam Generation/Fuel Gas System
    • Instrument and Service Air System/Nitrogen Generation System

  • Gas Plant EPC3 - Gas Processing
    •  Six Gas Processing Trains including Gas Sweetening, Gas Dehydration, Gas Dew-Pointing and Gas Mercaptans Removal (Mol. Sieve)
    • Export Gas Compression
    • Sulphur Recovery and Tail Gas Treatment
    • Sulphur Granulation and Transit Storage
    • Propane Refrigerant Storage
    • Relevant Technical and non-technical Buildings
    • Relevant Roads and Paving
  •  Onshore Accommodation Camps and Offices
    •  These facilities contain Petropars administrative offices and also residential camps for occupancy of 18000 persons at SPEEZ site no.2 area. Residential camps are including one camp for POGC personnel, one camp for PPL personnel, three camps for 3 Gas plant EPCs contractor's workers, two camps for non Iranian workers and three camps for Iranian and non Iranian managers
    • The Accommodation Camps have to be built by EPC1, EPC2 and EPC3 contractors respective to their SOW

 2. Offshore Facilities
  •  Separation of free and condensed water from reservoir production in Free Water KO drums, two numbers on every platform each designed to handle 600 MMSCFD reservoir fluids
  • Oily water degassing & treatment prior to disposal to the sea
  • Export of the water saturated reservoir production to the onshore gas plant via three 32” sealines, one for each wellhead platform, operated in three-phase mode, i.e. gas, hydrocarbon condensate and condensed water.
  • Injection of MEG solution at the inlet of each sealine to inhibit both hydrate and corrosion.
  • Wellhead Platform Jackets
    • 3 Four-Legged Wellhead Jackets

 

 

 

 

  •  Topsides and Ancillaries

    • 3 Identical Topside Wellhead Decks
    • 3 sets of Topside Ancillaries (including Flare, Tripods, Supporting Decks and associated Bridges)

 

 

 

  Sealines

    • 3 × 32” Sea-lines approximately 145 Km each
    • 3 × 4.5” Piggyback MEG Injection lines

 

 

 

  •  SPM & Condensate Export Facilities:

    • 1 × 30”  Condensate Loading Sub-sea Pipeline from Gas Plant to SBM
    • Single Buoy Mooring (SBM)
    •  Pipeline End Manifold (PLEM)
    •  Included in Sealines ITB Packages

 

 

 

  •  Offshore Fiber Optic Cable:

    •  Onshore Gas Plant, SPD 12B, SPD 12A, SPD 12C and SPQ1 shall be spliced by single mode/24 core/Double Armored submarine Fiber Optic Cable (BW = STM-16, 2.5 Gbps) with the length of around 300 km.
    • To be included in Gas Plant EPC2 Package 

 

 

 

 

3. Development Wells

  • Totally 36 Wells (12 wells on each Platform) including Appraisal wells
  •  2 Appraisal Wells

   

 

 

 

4. NIOC Operating Base
  • Harbor
    • Breakwaters
    • One berth capable of serving both General Cargo and Barge vessel types with a maximum capacity of 10,000 tons DWT
    • An Export Terminal with the purpose of storage, handling, loading and export of granulated sulphur to vessels of 50,000 DWT
    • A berth for offshore support vessels, with about 100 (m) of berthage adjacent to the import berth, to provide services such as fuel and fresh water delivery to offshore platforms
    • A berthing facility for tug-boats of the double-sided finger-jetty type [each side being 70 (m)], which aid the berthing and de-berthing operations of larger vessels
    •  Dredging
  •  Onshore Support Facilities:
    • Open warehouse , administration building, operation buildings, offices, canteen, accommodation facilities for 300 personnel, heli-pad and hanger facilities, infrastructural facilities, navigation aids, power generation and distribution systems, facilities for storage and distribution of fuel and fresh water to vessels, safety and fire fighting system, site drainage and effluent treatment unit
